Shipping and Delivery Times

The products featured on our website are not located in Spain . They are shipped directly from our manufacturers located abroad .

  • The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days , subject to variations due to customs fees, VAT collection by the Post Office, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

  • We guarantee delivery of the product within a maximum of 90 calendar days after purchase. If this deadline is not met, the customer may request an unconditional return of the order .


Processing and Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking code , sent to the customer's email within 7 business days of purchase (except in the case of shipping issues by suppliers).

  • Tracking can be viewed from the moment it leaves the country of origin until it is delivered to the customer's home.

  • In some cases, Correos may leave a collection notice instead of delivering, especially when:

    • there is no one available at home,

    • the area has delivery restrictions,

    • or other specific circumstances.

  • For orders of two or more products , shipping may be done separately, with a tracking number for each item.


Important Observations

  • As this is an international shipment, tracking information may take up to 7 business days to update on the Correos website.

  • The customer must carefully review the delivery information before confirming the purchase.

  • In case of return of the product due to incorrect address or insufficient information, the responsibility will be exclusive to the customer .

  • If the order cannot be delivered after several attempts, it will be available for collection at the branch indicated by Correos. If it is not collected, it will be returned to the sender abroad.

  • In case of reshipment , the new delivery period will start counting from the confirmation date recorded in the order.
