Exchanges and Returns

If you purchased a product from our online store and, upon receiving it, you discovered a manufacturing defect , we guarantee your right to exchange or return it , as established by the Consumer Protection Code , within 7 days of receipt .

Procedure

  2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange of the product.

  3. Once we receive your package, we will perform an analysis to confirm that the item meets the return conditions.

  4. After confirmation, our team will contact you and you will be able to choose between:

    • Exchange for any other product available in our stock;

    • Receive a refund of the amount paid for the products.

Terms and Conditions

  • Both the return and the exchange will be made within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving the return .

  • Changes or returns of personalized shirts with your own name and number are not accepted , except in cases of proven error by the supplier .
