If you purchased a product from our online store and, upon receiving it, you discovered a manufacturing defect , we guarantee your right to exchange or return it , as established by the Consumer Protection Code , within 7 days of receipt .

Both the return and the exchange will be made within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving the return .

Changes or returns of personalized shirts with your own name and number are not accepted , except in cases of proven error by the supplier .
